RETURNS: We stand behind our products and are happy to offer a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Items that you would like to get a refund on must be returned to our warehouse. Please make sure that you include your order number with any returned items. This saves us time and allows your refund to be processed much quicker. Once your order has been received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued for 100% of your product purchase price. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used when placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem quickly. We may require information or pictures to help us with the quality control on our end. If the reason for the return is due to any oversight on our part, we are happy to pay for the return shipping.
